Available to all Jonas Scholars and alumni, JonasConnect allows members to network with other Scholars and alumni through targeted discussions, opportunities for collaboration, and resource sharing. Jonas Scholar Alumni Peer Mentoring Initiative

The Jonas Scholar Alumni Peer Mentoring Initiative is a dynamic support network designed to foster connection, growth, and professional development among graduates of the Jonas Scholar Program.

Led by members of the Jonas Scholar Alumni Council, this initiative matches alumni across cohorts to provide guidance, share experiences, and navigate the evolving landscape of nursing leadership, research, and academia. Whether you are navigating your first faculty appointment, exploring leadership roles, or seeking to deepen your impact in clinical or policy settings, this mentoring community is here for you.

Who Can Participate:

All Jonas Scholar alumni are welcome to sign up for mentoring. Mentoring relationships are flexible and designed to meet the needs of both mentor and mentee.
